“I highly recomend Judie! Judie has done a fantastic job in helping selling my house in Ann Arbor. We had already moved out of Michigan before the house was ready for sell. We looked for an agent by reveiwing profiles in realtor.com and Zillow, and interviewed a couple agents. I are very happy and lucky that we found Judie and worked with her. Judie took initiative to offload many tasks from us, which made our life so much easier. She went above and beyond to carry out some work she did not have to do, such as filled soil in spots in the backyard, cleaned out stuff left behind by the carpet contractor. Judie staged the house elegently and artifully. She paid a lot attention to detail, such as matching the paintings in each room to the room's color theme. Judie was knowledgable on the market and listed the house with the right price. The whole selling process went very smooth and quick. We had thought that being out of time would have been difficult.
