The way we do business is changing, but thanks to technology and our dedicated teams, we are able to operate and guide our clients in new, creative ways.
First, we are following the CDC's health, safety and prevention protocols across all of our office locations. They will not be open until further notice to walk-in visitors. Office phones remain operational.
As a result of the Governors Executive Order, we will be suspending physical showing appointments for our current properties for sale. We are also asking our buyer clients to put further showing visitations on hold until the order has been lifted or until we receive more clarification about how the order affects real estate transactions. Current transactions pending to close will close, however be sure to confirm with your Realtor and the title company the details and timing of the closing. In many cases offers to purchase may still be written and presented to sellers (at the sellers option), subject to a physical walk through of the home at a later date.
