Had Ryan done an 'okay' or a 'good' job, it'd be easy enough to leave it at that and call it a day. But Ryan was so far above and beyond what I ever could have asked for from a realtor that I don't know if I can narrow it down enough to leave a review like that. Over the course of maybe three months, Ryan and I must have looked at around 20 homes. If you're thinking we should have found one before that, you're right, but to no fault of Ryan. I could not have been more picky and indecisive in the process if my life depended on it. My anxiety over the situation of picking what I hoped would be my first-ever home was so great I often spent far too long debating options before we could move ahead with an offer, at which point I had already missed out. Or maybe even more frequently, Ryan would show me a house meeting just about all of my criteria and then some, and my subconscious would decided for me there was no way I could ever live there for some small inane reason.Despite my obnoxious tendencies as a prospective homeowner, Ryan continued to pull through with phenomenal recommendations time and time again until finally through what could only be described as some divine act, I had some sense slapped into me. There are people who sell houses because they're good at it and you need a job in 2018, and then there are people sell houses because they are phenomenal at it and they love what they do.
