“John is the best in his field. He teaches real estate courses and seminars on real estate because he loves what he does so much. He is someone who cares deeply about helping people through an enormous and often fraught change in their lives. John navigated us (with the best energy ever) through an interstate home purchase so that we could fulfill our dream of moving from AZ to MI, and he was there for us for every single step. I’m not a practiced reviewer and I’m not sure how deep to go into the weeds of the intricacies of our own personal home search/purchase experience but it was not a straightforward one by any means. We are a family of four and we had to time the move with the selling of our own home in AZ (btw, John recommended and vetted for us the agent who successfully sold our old home in AZ while helping us to find our new one). All of this during a super erratic time in the housing market.John is also an amazing networker who is generous with sharing his contacts and connections. We purchased a home that needed renovations and are forever indebted to him for all the professionals he put us into contact with so that we could set things up from out of state. I cannot stress enough how Every. Single. Person. John connected us with sang his praises and shared some story or another of how he had helped them at some point. He is so well respected and well-loved in this industry it blew our minds. And obviously this speaks volumes to his character as a person and a professional. Our real-estate journey began with a family holiday to MI look at homes, John does his homework and knew everything about the homes beforehand. He was honest with us about each home we looked at with him and when we found the one we wanted he MADE IT HAPPEN. He is like the friendly uncle and friend who also happens to be a killer negotiator. This is an incredible combination of traits working in your favor. I have never been so grateful and felt so lucky to have someone on my team. We absolutely love him and he has become an honorary part of our family due to just being such a wonderful and inspiring person. Do yourself a favor and secure him for your team if you need someone to help you find a home for your family. You will be so, so happy that you did. Myself, my husband and two little boys will be forever grateful for his skill, knowledge, communication, energy, and just general awesomeness as an absolute expert in his field. We now get to live in our dream home because of him.”
