In each case, they were instrumental in getting our house(s) sold for the best price, including advice on what to do to the house, whether painting a couple rooms, etc. As a buyer's agent, they helped us better understand what we wanted and are super knowledgeable about the area. On our most recent sale, we ended up in a situation with multiple, nearly identical offers (and both under asking price). Bruce and Elizabeth smartly handled the offers and wound up selling for more than we were listed at. And buying a house these days in Ann Arbor can be tough with the competitive market. The Ann Arbor real estate market is so complicated and competitive for buyers -- we were overwhelmed when we began our housing search in April. Bruce patiently helped us view a wide range of houses and neighborhoods so that we could get a better sense and narrow down what we were looking for in a home. I looked at 40 houses in-person! Bruce was very knowledgeable not only about the real estate market, but also flaws and pitfalls to look out for in home-buying. The team's response time was always very fast and we never felt that we had unanswered questions. He walked us through many logistics including financing ahead of time so that we could keep pace with the fast market. Bruce and the team always had our best interest in mind; when we became nervous that we would not be able to find a house in time, they saved us from making a mistake on a house that would not have been right for us, even though we were willing to make a competitive offer. A month later we found a house that we fell in love with. Bruce helped us navigate a complex bidding process which we were fortunate to win, using his strategies.
