“Look no further, Don is your man!We knew of Don Grieser from living in our old neighborhood of Bloomfield Hills, Mi. for years. It was clear that he positioned himself well within the community and was very active there as we had noted the many, many property sales that he had made over the years.Upon deciding to sell our property we were living 1500 miles away, but Don made it so easy that it was as if he were next door. He presented a comprehensive plan of action, a time-line, his pricing recommendations and why, and so on. His actions, not words, put us at ease that we had made the right choice.... and we did!Don found just the right buyers for our unique property and presented an offer to us which was OVER our asking price and which also fit our required needs for closing timeline, etc. We knew that this over asking offer was not because he suggested too low of an asking price because the sale set a new High Price Record in our area for similar properties!!I need to add something that was VERY important to us over this process...As I stated earlier, we were 1500 miles away this entire time and because of his ACTIONS, we never felt the need to come home. He went ABOVE and BEYOND! For example, in our absence, he kept things tidy in the property such that it showed well and I assume he even cleaned the toilets over that time. He recommended that two bushes be replaced near our entrance to help the property show better. He arranged for the purchase and pick-up of the new bushes and even replanted the new ones himself! Let me ask you a question. Do you know any other agent that will do this or the other things I've described for you?This is a REAL review.
