I was born in 1949 to a family of five and am now ready for my next owners. As a classic cape cod, I have three bedrooms with hardwood floors under much of the first floor carpeting. As my family grew, they added a half bath, dining room, laundry area, and family room on my first floor. They also created a full bath and a finished room in my basement.
