Prior to joining real estate, Randy worked in an accounting office for ten years. The nudging urge to work for the public, where he would face new challenges daily, propelled him into real estate. Randy also owned and operated a carpet and paint store for 20 years in Gladwin. While there, he acquired excellent organizational skills, a unique aesthetic sense, attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills. The experience further made him very personable and elevated his customer care and ability to focus on the client’s needs and offer personalized service. 

Randy’s educational background in Business Admin, Accounting, & Psychology aligns well with his personal and professional goals in real estate, giving him an understanding of the human aspect of real estate transactions and helping him run the back office.
