Corporate Services – Incentive Programs
Corporate Services provides a number of special incentive programs with many companies. Those who participate in these programs will receive a cash back incentive when they buy or sell a home through the Real Estate One Family of Companies. Cash back varies with each program.
Lending Tree
Internet based affinity program that generates leads from the LendingTree.com website. The leads are assigned to an approved broker. A cash back incentive is offered to prospects, or they can choose from other incentives such as airline miles or a Home Depot gift certificate. For more information, click here.
Village Green LeasEquity
Renters from Village Green properties enrolled in the program receive a cash back incentive when they buy or sell a home. Real Estate One is the exclusive broker for the LeasEquity program. For more information, click here.
Woodbury Communities Equity Earner
This newly developed program is available to residents of Woodbury apartment communities. Rebates will only be earned if the resident uses a Partner Builder, Real Estate One Family of Companies, and/or approved mortgage lender, and are based on length of lease. For more information, click here.
